We sincerely feel proud of the achievement and have been touched to see that reputed colleagues are already considering it a major achievement (see a couple of ringing endorsements below). The book is really a labour of love and both the editors and the contributors have done our best to push our collective understanding and critical assessment of the existing rules and case law. Leading a group of almost 40 procurement specialists from jurisdictions across Europe, especially during the pandemic, has been both a privilege and a major challenge.
